Workshop Guide - Kimberly DiOrio-Rooney
Dr. Seuss is one author who packed his stories and books with valuable messages in a creative, playful way. My Many Colored Days by Dr. Seuss uses colors and imagery to express different emotions. The workshop starts with the story being read to you.
When was the last time someone read a book to you? Story time not only allows you to gain a peaceful mindset but in that receptive moment your mind absorbs the key life lessons, playfully and spontaneously. Afterwards you will create a visual book and focus on connections between colors, metaphors, and emotions. Rekindle the spark in your relationship with yourself as you truly realize The Colors of Me.
